If you or someone you love is navigating an eating disorder, you don’t have to face it alone. At The Nelson Center for Family Therapy, we believe healing happens in safe, supportive spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and understood.

Our Eating Disorder Therapeutic Group offers a confidential and compassionate environment designed to foster connection, accountability, and meaningful progress toward recovery.

Session Options

💙 Wednesdays at 5:00 PM

💙 Saturdays at 1:00 PM

🕒 90-minute sessions (attend one or both)

Group Details

✔️ Online (Telehealth) – Open to all Michigan residents

✔️ Ages 16–60

✔️ All eating disorder experiences welcome

✔️ Covered by health insurance

✔️ Sliding scale available

✔️ $20 cash fee option
