Therapy does not replace those services. Instead, it can support the emotional, relational, and mental health side of postpartum adjustment.

Therapy is shaped around what you need, not around a rigid postpartum checklist.
Some clients need coping skills they can use during panic, rage, or emotional overwhelm. Others need space to process grief, shame, resentment, fear, or trauma. Some need help communicating with a partner, asking for support, setting boundaries, or adjusting to a new role in the family.
