If you’re carrying more than you can hold, trying to be everything for everyone, or feeling stuck in cycles of grief, fear, or self-doubt, you’re not alone. Life doesn't come with a roadmap, and sometimes the weight of expectations, loss, trauma, or uncertainty can leave you feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from yourself.
I work with people navigating big life shifts like breakups, anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, loss, and racial trauma. Whether you’re stepping into adulthood, carrying the weight of being a third parent, or struggling with feeling out of control, therapy with me offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and heal.
Therapy with me is about creating a space where you can lay it all down without pressure, without judgment, and without having to perform. I blend body-based approaches with tools to help regulate your nervous system, build emotional resilience, and reconnect you with your sense of safety, worth, and voice. Together, we’ll work at your pace, honoring your story while building the skills and self-trust you need to move forward, especially around setting boundaries, reclaiming your voice, and feeling grounded in your own skin.
I believe healing is possible when you feel seen, safe, and supported. If you're looking for a space to show up just as you are without judgment, let’s connect.
Therapy with me is real talk, real support, and real growth. No pressure to be perfect, just permission to be yourself. If you’re ready to explore what healing and change could look like, I’m here when you’re ready.

Licensed Clinical Therapist
Larissa Clemons
Hello! My name is Larissa and I am a compassionate and dedicated clinician who strives to create a safe, supportive and non judgmental space where clients can feel heard and understood. My approach to therapy is primarily rooted in person-centered and cognitive behavioral techniques, allowing me to meet each individual where they are while also helping them develop practical tools for growth and change.
For clients who desire it, I am able to thoughtfully integrate a Christian perspective into the therapeutic process, honoring the role that faith can play in healing, identity and resilience. I respect each client's unique beliefs and tailor our work together to align with what feels most meaningful and supportive to them.
I have several years of experience working in school settings, supporting children and adolescents facing a wide range of challenges, including emotional regulation, ADHD, autism, cognitive impairments and trauma. This background has given me a strong understanding of developmental needs, educational systems and the importance of collaboration with families and support networks.
Additionally, I have experience working with individuals impacted by foster care and adoption, and I am sensitive to the complex emotional experiences that can come with those journeys. I am to provide a space where clients can explore their stories, build self-understanding, and develop a strong sense of identity and belonging. I welcome children, adolescents and young adults in my practice and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions to increase accessibility and convenience. My goal is to empower each client with the tools, insight and confidence they need to navigate life's challenges and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Bailey Speakman
There are moments in life when everything feels too heavy to carry—when emotions feel overwhelming, relationships feel confusing, and the past doesn’t seem to stay in the past. I became a therapist because I believe no one should have to navigate those moments alone. My goal is to meet clients where they are, especially when life feels messy, painful, or uncertain, and walk alongside them as they begin to make sense of their experiences and rediscover their sense of self.
I primarily work with teenagers, young adults, and adolescents. I have had years of experience working within the Child Welfare and Foster Care system, in which I have experience supporting individuals and families facing a wide range of challenges including: complex trauma, attachment disruptions, and difficult family dynamics. I have a deep understanding of how early and ongoing life stressors can shape emotions, behaviors, and relationships.
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and tailored to meet individual client’s unique needs. I recognize that life can create barriers that feel impossible to move through, but I also believe every person carries unique strengths that can be built upon to create meaningful and lasting change. Together, we focus not only on healing from past experiences, but also on identifying resilience, developing coping tools, and fostering a stronger sense of self.
Above all, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable showing up as their full selves. I want each person I work with to feel seen, heard, and accepted—especially in their most vulnerable moments. It is my hope that therapy becomes a place where true, raw emotions are welcomed, and where healing can begin at a pace that feels right for each individual.

Sana Khan
Hello, my name is Sana and I am a Masters of Social Work graduate from Oakland University. During my undergraduate years, I studied Health Sciences at Oakland University, with a concentration in Integrative Holistic Medicine. During my overall schooling at Oakland University, I learned about various topics, such as human behavior and the social environment.
The populations I specialize in include families, children, and individuals.
I have experience making home visits and observing foster care and adoptive families. I would focus on the child's developmental milestones and the parents' interactions. I also observed parenting time with biological parent(s) and child, focusing on the interpersonal skills and bonding with the child and the parent(s).
When it comes to understanding clients, I take into consideration the entirety of the person, while considering various factors in their life.
As your therapist, I am one who is culturally competent, calm, warm, empathetic, and an active listener - giving you the space to be. In my realm of work, I utilize mindfulness, guided imagery, de-escalation, and grounding techniques. With these modalities in mind, I make sure that clients are seen, heard, and validated.
