Licensed Clinical Therapist
Kelli Shepard
EMDR Trained | Trauma-Informed | Somatic-Informed | Parenting | Women’s Issues | Play Therapy | Empowerment-Focused
With 18+ years of combined experience—including 13 years in healthcare and 5 years across social services and clinical therapy—I help individuals, couples, and families get through the hard seasons of life. I’ve worked in hospitals (including children’s hospitals), elder care, and community-based social services, supporting people facing trauma, anxiety, depression, major life transitions, and real-life stressors like poverty and instability.
My style is warm, straightforward, and grounded. I care about you feeling safe and respected, and I also believe therapy works best when we’re honest and practical about what’s going on. I work with kids, teens, and adults—whether you’re dealing with emotional overload, relationship stress, parenting challenges, or past experiences that still show up in your body and day-to-day life.
I use a trauma-informed lens and tailor therapy to you. Depending on what fits, I draw from EMDR, somatic work, CBT, DBT, play therapy, and a person-centered approach. With children and families, I keep things age-appropriate and skills-based—focusing on emotional regulation, communication, and connection—while also supporting caregivers with tools that work at home (not just in session).
I also bring real life experience into the room. I understand what it’s like to carry a lot, show up for others, and still need a place where you can breathe and be supported. Therapy doesn’t need to be perfect—it just needs to be real. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start. We’ll take it one step at a time, at a pace that feels safe and doable.

Bri Fox
Person-Centered | Trauma Informed | Anxiety | Depression | Play Therapy
I’m a purpose-driven social worker and therapist who believes that healing is always possible. I take a person-centered approach, meaning I meet you where you are emotionally, spiritually, and practically, and tailor the journey to your unique needs.
I specialize in supporting individuals impacted by the Justice System, trauma, anxiety, depression, and hopelessness or confusion, offering a safe and nonjudgmental space to rebuild trust, identity, hope, and direction. My work is rooted in deep empathy, empowerment, and lived experience. I understand first-hand how all kinds of trauma, mistakes, and betrayal can affect your mental health, your confidence, and your sense of self.
I especially enjoy working with individuals experiencing anxiety. I use a grounded, supportive approach that blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), relaxation and coping skills, and exploration of what’s triggering your anxiety so that you can gain clarity, control, and peace.
I also support those who feel spiritually hurt, disconnected from their identity, or lost in life. Whether you've drifted from your faith, your values, or yourself, I’m here to help you reconnect and find you again.
Beyond healing, I help you move forward. I offer realistic, action-based support with goal setting, life transitions, and personal growth. Whether that’s building structure, breaking cycles, or learning to believe in yourself again.
